The clerk in the store not terribly helpful, but another individual (co-owner? co-manager?) did come out to the equipment and was of considerable help. But--after I got the trailer home--one tire was down to 20p.s.i., and had a quick leak. the next day, the tire was replaced; Sabrina was great. Further: I reserved a trailer at the Canyonville location days earlier, and checked several times to be sure I had a reservation; but when I came to pick it up, it could not be rented to me (It was supposed to be in California)--so the U-Haul manager told the clerk at the Canyonville store that she would arrange to hold a trailer in Glendale (and that the Canyonville store would get the commission); when I got to Glendale, the clerk there indicated that they had no reservation in my name. I rented a trailer they had, though (and maybe the Canyonville store got cut out of the commission. Anyway, all this involved an extra sixty miles or so of driving and a delay of my trip for a full day, so very frustrating. One more caveat: I'm not confident that the automatic hydraulic braking was working; the trailer certainly pushed the truck hard in stops.

The wiring necessary to connect the trailer to the truck was missing. I had to purchase the connector. The tongue was resting on a log making it difficult to connect to the truck.
Connie NCustomer service was phenomenal!
Renee SOnly thing was I was told on the phone the truck was 49.00 per day after I reserved it it was in fact not 49.00 but 168.00 plus tax and insurance. Either the renter was misinformed or he had no idea how much it really was. Other then that it did the job perfectly.
terry bI was able to drive up and drop off the trailer. Final paper was done in less than a minute.
Roy KThe guy was rude He didn't have the truck ready nor the tow dolly hooked up. He tried to.gice me a truck that you couldn't back up to get out because of a huge pile of diryt and you couldn't pull it forward because.of a ditch. He was just rude and acted like i was an inconvenience
linda tWell first of all it says 32 dollars for the rental on the usual site. So I get there and they charge 69 just for 15 miles and three hours of use. Which is fine... But then I return the truck cleaner than before and there is another "rental fee" for another 66 dollars. That is insane. 140 dollars to use it so briefly is straight robbery. The hardware store blames the uhaul company. Told me it's in the "fine print" which was not on any physical paperwork, leaving me unable to I review before hand whatsoever, but instead tucked somewhere inside of an email sent to me after my card was already ran, and no verbal warning given either. How the hell are people supposed to know if they can even afford to use your services like that? Deceptive and unprofessional.
ARIA CI do not like that I had to drive 30 minutes to drop this off when I had a uhaul 10 minutes from my home.
Daniel JThe ramp was too short. The unloading was difficult to do with heavy items.
Jason RBad service because I paid cash and they refuse to give me my deposit back in cash. They said they would mail my deposit in a check but yet to see.
Cheo SThe truck was filthy dirty, windows I could barely see out of. Although I must add the inside was clean. Also, the back trailer portion was not swept but was empty.
Cynthia WMake sure trucks are on time and when truck is returned allow the paying customer to take the truck and deal with the customer unable to pay later.
Angela LVehicle was very dirty in cab. Wet spilled on seats. Dirt under steering column and on floor mats. Cab and inside box smelled strongly of marijuana. Thank God I didn't have to put any of my belongings in there or that I didn't get pulled over. Very disappointed. Never have I experienced this during a rental from U-Haul!

Marcella GI only would not recommend this location as it was 10 miles out of my way, and at least 70 miles from my moving location. It would be fine for someone renting a truck within 10–20 miles of the location, with the understanding that the check-in process is somewhat more tedious given low WiFi accessibility. Store personnel were helpful.
Elizabeth PThe truck interior was spotless, clean windshield, basically clean freight compartment - but it wreaked sooooo strongly of marijuana that my furniture stunk for 3 days. AND I would have taken that truck regardless because I had driven 25 miles out of my way for this ‘plan B’ truck (original reservation didn’t show😫). Moral of the story- make odor a qualification for being ‘clean.’
John TVery helpful on the phone.
Brandon SYou are wrong. I was supposed to pick up my equipment in Roseburg. At the last minute, uhaul changed the pickup location to Glendale. I had to drive 100 miles out of the way, at the last minute. I’ll avoid uhaul like the plague in the future!
