janice bI pulled up at my scheduled pick up time of 3:30pm and didn’t leave until 5:30. I reserved a 10ft truck and a vehicle trailer and the attendant claimed he didn’t see my reservation for the trailer. He argued and yelled at me. I felt unsafe so I called the customer service number. I spoke with Ashley and she even tried calling him to confirm my reservation. He purposely didn’t answer and only answered for his manager. He was not professional at all, with myself or Ashley. Again, he argued and yelled at me I asked Ashley to sit on the phone for my safety. I would not ever recommend picking up U-Haul equipment from this location!

Aundrea LLeft my keys and i called immediately with no help. Went back to location bc they wasnt answering phone for them to say it was rented back out. License and bank cards insurance cards whole wallet. Been stranded since Saturday
LORELE' HI was required to connect my trailer in the poring rain and had to move this large trailer and seriously hurt my back. Also the location was moved to about a hour away from the location that I made the reservation. Ridiculous that I had to hurt myself to do someone else’s job at an unsafe location.

Gunther GThe person we picked up from was horribly rude, and every time I asked a question he told me if I didn't like what he was saying to call Uhaul and get a truck somewhere else. He said I was argumentative because I had questions, he said call Uhaul and he almost didn't give me the keys. I said I am just asking questions. I thought I had a right to ask questions about a$300 Plus reservation plus $600 in moving help. If I hadn't had Moving Help thru Uhaul coming in an hour to my house I would have left and not rented. The truck was on empty, the guy didn't come outside to walk around vehicle and he did not have the dolly we reserved. Horrible experience.
Christine BI filled out my paperwork on line but it wouldn’t allow the completion but I was charged for an extra fee of 15.00 and was told it would be refunded!!

Lorraine FThe online system was a disaster. It was very difficult to check in because the birth date kept defaulting back to 2023. I cannot pick up the truck on my own because it kept saying that the location was not open today. However, the attendant was friendly. Initially I went down to the U-Haul and storage in the 4500 block of Belair Road. This location was a disaster and we were in line for an hour, before I was told I was at the wrong location. The personnel in the store were doing the best they could they even call the general manager for assistance the general manager whose name is Antonio said he was in church and he could not help that is not the response that you should get from your general manager. Antonio also said that he would have to deal with the issues tomorrow. Unacceptable because they were about seven people waiting in line who needed to be helped and something was wrong with the computers. The location in the 4500 block of Belair Road has been a disaster for several years, it’s always an hour wait when you wanna pick up the truck

Nina GI requested an appliance dolly for the item being moved and although my reservation was made days in advance, it wasn't until I was at the counter to get the keys that I was told one wasn't available. Having to scramble around trying to find something I could used instead completely messed up what should've been straightforward.
