Was unable to drop at this location. No one there to check the trailer in. Had to drop at a location in Tulsa. :-(
DARRYL MFloorboards were muddy and back had leaves in it when I rented it. Cleaned the back out with a broom so it’s spotless. I was still charged a cleaning fee. Advertisement says 19.95 but I was charged 113 and my receipt says 83

BRIAN PI will never use U-Haul again due to taking an hour to use the online app to pick up the truck and over 30 minutes to return it! The requirements for an unattended pickup requires confirmation from 2 other people and potentially your employer! The app timed out multiple times while entering data. This take me a few seconds to do but waiting for the next prompt took minutes. Upon return, a different cell phone was used so it had to send a one-time code to the original phone but guess what...the app timed out and then refused to send another code. From start to finish it took 3 hours; half of that time was messing with U-Haul.
Michael SThe windshield was so dirty on the inside you could hardly see with Sun’s glare. The ramp was only 8’ long with a 36” high truck bed making nearly a 30 degree angle which in very unsafe I reported it to no avail to get the situation remedied. U Haul told me that if anyone fell they would pay the accident claim. The dealer where I rented was very good and compassionate but had no say so in this matter. Price was very fair and truck good except for the safety issue with ramp. The website is very unfriendly to the user. I’m an older guy and I need easy!!!!!

JAIMIE BHad to call a phone number in Henryetta to complete the return. No one at the location could handle it so it took much longer than anticipated to return the truck.
Margaret LI had to sweep out the trailer before loading it. Most of the time when I rent from Uhaul the trailers are cleaned out and ready when I pick them up.

David SBlinkers didn’t work - almost got in an accident. Roll-up door is so dented from previous users that you almost can’t open and close the door.
