The only thing that I would like to say about the U-Haul It needed to be clean And passenger side of rearview mirror Was super loose was unable to see through my right side rearview mirror. I look forward to Renting from this location again But next time I Rent from this location I’m going to Double check the vehicle before leaving

This company is a rip off told me I would pay $86 I picked up at almost 4 dropped it off at 6pm it was suppose to be returned at 9 and they been charging my card back to back after someone confirmed it was dropped off 3 hours early

LISMARIE VWhen dropping off the U-Haul The gentleman asked me twice after me telling him I didn’t get it from this location. I’m just dropping it off here. He kind of look like he was lost, which had me concerned and I end up calling the location that I picked up the truck from To confirm this was the right location.
William DWhen my sister turned in the truck key the person just looked at it. Never said anything so she asked was everything ok and was anything else needed. He said ok. Nothing else was needed but later find out he never put the truck in as being returned the same day. I had to call customer service for Uhaul and have them note the date and time the truck was returned and had to send pictures of the mileage and all.

ANTHONY SFirst it took almost 30 minutes to get the truck because the woman working the register had to call someone to tell her how to do the process. Then the man on the phone asked for 2 emergency contacts of mine or he would not give me the key. When I said that was not Uhaul policy and I didn't feel comfortable with that he said did I want to get the truck or not. I also paid extra for a dolly that was supposed to be already with the vehicle. I had to drive back to the place to get it because they had never put it on the truck. The woman at the register then had to call the man again and he told her where to find the dolly. Terrible experience, I would not choose this place.

MUSTAFA BThere were many different issues with my UHaul order with them being 1. I ordered a hand truck and it was not on the truck 2. the uhaul app kept crashing when I picked up the truck as well as when I dropped the truck back off. 3. The people at the location were not helpful at all 4. moving is already a very stressful event but this experience with uhaul made it even worse.

I reserved online days before, so there was no reason it shouldve taken that long. not to mention, my total was way higher than it should have been. I am extremely disappointed in my experience, and in all honesty I dont believe that this location should rent uhauls, because it is clear they do not know what they are doing. I have done several rentals with uhaul over the years and have never experienced anything like this. DO NOT rent from here
Emily HThe representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. The truck that was rented to me was not in no shape to be rented, the truck was rented on empty with 4 miles of gas, the transmission of this truck needs maintenance. The driving experience was unpleasant as I had to drive 20 miles an hour even because the transmission would not change gear and stay on idle.
Chamaryl CTerrible customer service. Guy was confused the whole time. Was on his phone on a Bluetooth the whole time. I’m giving out personal information while a stranger can hear me. He’s speaking a foreign language on the phone. How do I know he’s not reading off my credit card number? Didn’t explain any policies. Wound up getting charged $80 for 2/8 tank of gas. Never again. DO NOT go here. It is not worth your time.
