There were many different issues with my UHaul order with them being 1. I ordered a hand truck and it was not on the truck 2. the uhaul app kept crashing when I picked up the truck as well as when I dropped the truck back off. 3. The people at the location were not helpful at all 4. moving is already a very stressful event but this experience with uhaul made it even worse.
