The truck I had, battery died as soon as we picked it up and parked in front my door while loading it up with furniture. My father came and gave me a jump. The roadside assistance people came 30 minutes later. Was vary upset and cold while standing outside trying to protect my belongings.

Furniture pads were missing, there was trash in the cab and truck, and the gas level was not listed correctly.

When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and will open in 5 minutes with a number to call for the keys. After calling the number multiple times and being sent to voicemail, I finally reached someone at the establishment who was extremely unhelpful. He did not answer my questions. I told him I was outside waiting and he repeatedly said to call back once I got the key, but no one was there to give me a key. After some time someone showed up and continued to help other customers at the gas station while helping me. The entire experience was very confusing, inefficient, frustrating, and ultimately made me late for my move, as I was scheduled for pick up at 10:30AM and did not receive the truck until 11AM.
