When I got to the gas station to pick up the U-Haul, it took him 35 minutes to get me out the door because he wasn’t ready for me and he had start the whole system and check everything even though I was on time to pick up the driver‘s door didn’t work. There was trash inside the truck and he charged me for an extra day of having the truck even though I returned it the same day my case is still open and I have to wait for somebody to get back to me and I’m continuously being charged $24 extra for a day that I didn’t have the truck

Guy didn't seem to know what he was doing and could not communicate very well. I filled everything out online beforehand and then had to repeat the entire process when I got there.

I would have liked it if they could have printed out my agreement when picking up instead of just texting it to me - but that seems to be how some locations are. The van was like new - very clean, spacious and a good ride with excellent air conditioning and radio! Definitely worth trying.
Susan mThe truck I had, battery died as soon as we picked it up and parked in front my door while loading it up with furniture. My father came and gave me a jump. The roadside assistance people came 30 minutes later. Was vary upset and cold while standing outside trying to protect my belongings.
