Self pickup went smooth. Went to extend rental online. Thought we had done it correctly but hours into what we thought was our second day of rental employee called to inform us that the vehicle was rented by someone else and he needed it back in 2 hours. Being a business owner myself I can understand that this was a frustrating situation for them as well. The problem was they were very short/borderline rude. Unwilling to answer what I would assume to be pretty standard questions and absolutely unwilling to help resolve the issue in any sort of what I thought to be reasonable way. So we now had our entire 20' uhaul tetris'd full of 1/2 of all our life possessions and only 2 hours to empty and return it. This was the only solution they would accept. We still had the other truck full of stuff prepped and ready to go at our old house. We hauled a** and were able to return it in right around 2.5 hours -- At this point we had been charged for 2 days rental but only used the truck 1 day and just a few hours of the second with the last truckload of possessions waiting on our porch. Upon returning we tried to talk to the owner about maybe an alternate vehicle (even a pickup at this point - the lot clearly had other uhaul vehicles sitting in it) The response we recieved: Nothing available, we don't do refunds you need to talk to uhaul about it. ----- whhaaaatt?! I thought you were uhaul? Had all the signage lied to us? I'll never know because they turned there backs and disappeared just like that --poof!! No more employees to be found. So what'd we do? Me and my wife spent the next 3 days making dozens of trips in our tiny hatchback to salvage what we could. Some of our life's possessions to big to practically and safely move. So there the remainder of our possessions sat day after day scavengers slowly picked away at them until nothing was left. The anxiety this has caused coupled with the resulting arguments led to the disintegration and abandonment of our 10 year relationship, I'd like to say that it was on good terms but that would be a lie. So do I recommend renting a uhaul from this location ? Well that depends, do you value your possessions? your time? How about the relationships you have w those closest too you? If you answer NO to these questions then by all means go ahead this is the place for you.Andrew M.

Back door would not open to get the truck key and we had to call customer service to figure out why. Turns out it was iced shut and my husband had to use an ice scraper to chip it away, He wrenched is back in the process. At least customer service was available at 715AM on a Sat. Discovered the truck did not have a ramp, which caused us serious issues with loading. My fault for not reading all of the specifics. I now know better than to assume that a truck advertised for moving would have ramp, Please make this lacking feature more obvious about your 10ft trucks. All in all, it seems you get what you pay for.Adam C.

We rented a pickup truck for local use. It was low miles, clean, had a bed liner, good power and comfortable cab. Eight foot bed provided room we needed for our landscape pruning and haul to city recycle center. Bed liner made sweepout easy. Would use this service again.Claire J. C.

I didn't know that I could enter from Lime City Road. Would have been easier. Also, I didn't know that if the place was closed at drop off I needed to use my phone to have my location verified and I needed to take a number of photos of the truck and upload them. I did take photos but later when I realized I needed to have location services on, I couldn't connect and therefore couldn't upload photos. Which could result in a $20 fee added. This was no way the fault of the drop off location but maybe a sign on the door with the key drop slot could have said this info if the place was closed. Unfortunately, my billing was incorrect. Uhaul must not have notified the drop off location that my 15' truck was a free upgrade from a 10'. Unless they overlooked that information.Anyways, the 2 agents I spoke with, Brittany and Alex, at Uhauls main number, got everything straightened out and were really great! I don't understand why this facility would close at 12 noon on a Saturday, which is the busiest day of the week. Unfortunately, there was no customer service to assist and the online check in process was very cumbersome and took a very long time to administer. This vehicle was hard to keep straight. Seemed like something was wrong with the steering. It was very loose. Had to keep moving the wheel left and right to keep it tracking straight. Also the blower on the air conditioning would not blow air out of the vents. It would only put air through the defrost vents. Otherwise the vehicle was in good condition and was clean and well maintained.Evan C. T.

Go Key was great, but it was the fifth UHaul location I had to visit that morning after being told at the first pickup counter that my reservation had been changed to a time after i needed the truck, leading to me missing my scheduled key pickup at my new apartment. UHaul's reservation system needs to be able to alert customers to these potential changes before the actual pickup time.Matthew A.

It took way too long to receive the approval for the hands free rental and had no idea that there was going to be so many details to take care of using the phone. And the instructions for getting the key made little sense. It referenced a lock box on the back of the building that we didn't need to use. Eventually we figured out it was the lock on the truck box, not the lock box.Todd H.

The location was excellent because they called us back even though they were closed. Uhual was horrible and our Calls to them were dropped when we tried to reach out for help. The location called us back right away and gave us a different number to reach someone so we could get the keys out of the dropbox. U-Haul was horrible I will never use you again, if you have anymore questions please give me a call. I did call and make a phone comments that is in my chart, I would like some money off of my transaction.Richard O.
I was not told that when I dropped off the uhaul that I had to do verification of the equipment getting dropped off on my phone. Therefore I went and put the keys in the drop box and then checked my text messages and realized there was a link I had to push and then I had to do verification of drop off and could not get back in the truck to look at the odometer.SKYE L.
