Rental process was beyond easy for a first time U-Haul renter. Person at location was friendly and kind. We had to return the unit after hours, and were a bit confused with all of the return instructions but got the hang of it.

U-Haul changed the pickup location for my rental to this location, which was 30 miles away. The original pickup location was 7 miles from my home. I was charged extra mileage when I dropped off the truck, despite only going from the original pickup location/moving my furniture, and dropping it off at the scheduled location.

I liked how I could get my truck on the mobile app it very easy on a Sunday….although on the return of the truck I wish I had known I would have needed to take pictures of the truck.. guess next time I will know

The location is old and dated but it has no bearing on the quality of the van (which felt and smelled new) and the experience. It was quick and most of it was done online before hand. No complaints and exactly what I expected but smoother/faster.

Not allow someone to reserve a specific truck from a specific place only to call and say the actual only available one is 20 minutes away.

I felt the man who helped me was a little on the ride side. When I experienced issues with my trailer lights, he said, “well, I hope you have some tools with you.” Then he walked back into the office. While I’m sure he didn’t have time to help, I thought he could have at least offered some advice or maybe could have offered a time when I could get them looked at in his shop, but I was on my own.
