The truck handled horribly. Breaks squealed. Was very hard to keep in mu lane.

The first lady that I spoke with to turn the truck in just wanted the keys and said thats all we need and that someone else will input everything. I told her no and that I needed a receipt for turning the vehicle in and to make sure everything was in order. I asked her to get the person that could do this. She did and that person was great but the initial lady does not need to be dealing with the uhaul portion of the business.
