The person at the pickup location did not know how to process the paperwork for pick up. She had to call two different people to get help. Ultimately she had her daughter do a video call with the owner and had to walk her through the process. By the time we left, we had been there over an hour...

The truck handled horribly. Breaks squealed. Was very hard to keep in mu lane.
Wesley AThe first lady that I spoke with to turn the truck in just wanted the keys and said thats all we need and that someone else will input everything. I told her no and that I needed a receipt for turning the vehicle in and to make sure everything was in order. I asked her to get the person that could do this. She did and that person was great but the initial lady does not need to be dealing with the uhaul portion of the business.
