BARBARA TThis was not my intended, drop off location. I signed my contract with the preferred location at 1801 Main St. However, I was accused of dropping off at the wrong spot. If you’re going to ask a customer for a preferred drop off location, do not send a change request to accommodate a different customer and cast blame when the notification is not received and confirmed. Make sure that any updates to drop off location that deviate from the contract are shown as an alert in the app. It is not my fault that a request was made that caused my original location for drop off, based on the agreed contract, was altered. The system should only notify the secondary drop off location when the notification is acknowledged. It is very easy to miss a text and email or even a phone call when you are preoccupied with all the circumstances that come with moving to a new house. This was a very poor experience since the representative from the secondary drop off location called and blamed me for him not having a truck for another customer when the two locations are only 5 miles apart. He asked if I had talked to anybody at the primary drop off when the app clearly says that it can all be done with a self assist, and I followed the procedure that was prompted in the app. This was hard to state in a word form and would be happy to talk to a higher level if warranted. Please correct this sloppy procedure!

SHANE BBest service I've had with U-Haul. I needed to rent a few days longer. Brian was extremely professional and curtious.
KIM MI wanted to pick up in maplewood and instead I had to drive 25 minutes away to pick up. Why is this when I reserved online a week ahead. Truck bounced up.and down while driving. Something wrong. Unhappy customer!

Ryan CFirst, I didn't ask for this location but on record, it says this location. When I got there, no personnel to check me out. I didn't know how to go on the site to take picture of odometer until after I already left the place and drop off the keys already. So I'm not sure if I'm gonna get charge extra days or more for the mileage
Bae VThe mobile drop off and pick up experience took an extensive amount of time and did not work. Ended up having to call customer service. Took almost an hour to just pickup. That process was overall a very poor experience.
Christopher RFirst location that I had a reservation did not have the truck I reserved so I had drive another 40 miles to pick up this one. Luckily business owner was there and got us on our way quickly which was great!
Collin PI arrived at 1:30 pm and the office was locked-no one there. I unhitched the trailer on my own. Within 10 mins someone showed up. I returned it a day early and he would not credit my bill for the day! Fairly rude
Deborah CMobile App did not work - it was unable to match the location to the address in two different devices (LG V50 and Samsung Galaxy S22). Location services permissions were enabled always on for the U-Haul app and location was verified accurate and functional with Google maps "current location"

Michael GDropoff was very unclear and we wasted a lot of time. Door said we should call a phone number--did twice and never heard back. Didn't have a number to contact UHaul directly for assistance. Eventually figured out the online dropoff method which did seem to work fine but wish we would've known we would have to do it that way from the beginning.

HOLLY KTrailer’s running lights were intermittent. I did receive excellent attention from the uhaul representative there.
Arthur FDrop off here is a little dim if after dark, otherwise nice open lot, easy drop off.

Martin LThe truck stunk of cigarette smoke and the windshield had a film from all the smoke too. We had to air out the cab and wash down the interior and windshield before we could even start our drive. Otherwise the truck was in fine shape.
