Truck was delivered with little time from previous customers drop off. I seen the mess left in the rear that was cleaned up prior to giving to me. The business let me know the tank was at 1/8 or less. Suggested to take for fuel right away. Before I dropped off I noticed he reported 1/4 tank as the level when I picked up. I called U-Haul and they were going to make the change. Interesting that when I dropped off the lady informed me that a $12 fuel charge had been added. WTF - unbelievable.

Noel MThe location is unattended so I just had to drop the keys off in a lock box. I called the phone number and they said to leave it in the back. Then U-haul called me several days later wondering where the truck was. So I don't know that the drop off location logged it back into the system.
RICHARD WNo one at the location...just a drop box. Had to drive to another location when I had a question. Also, returned a day early but guess what...still charged for 2 days.
jill NGolden Eagle is a friendly professional outfit with multiple locations in Bemidji MN. HOWEVER, this location, despite advertising having open hours is ONLY open by appointment. We specifically chose to return our equipment to a location which would be open mid-day Saturday. We got there to a permanent hours sign saying the business is open by appointment only (party planning or supply store). We called Golden Eagle and were told no problem just drop off the keys. On Sunday night I checked UHauls site and the truck was still showing as being out. Called Uhaul to complain, Monday morning called Golden Eagle told the truck would get checked in. Checked Uhaul site Monday night...still out, forgot to call Golden Eagle Tuesday but Tuesday night still out, called Uhaul who got the regional Manager involved and it was resolved by Wednesday noon. Very pleased with Uhauls response to our issue.
Duane HThe uhaul places were not open when their hours said they would be. The hours said open at 10:00 am, they were not. Becky at Golden Eagle transportation was fantastic at helping us! And she was there at posted time!
Susan PDrivers’s window washer is broken, the middle seat seatbelt is suck and can’t be adjusted, and the right reverse light doesn’t always work. The vehicles should be checked before they go out each time.

Mitchell NI had requested moving boxes for my move which was 12/26 and they shipped them to my address 4 days after the move which wasn’t useful. I am being charged for something that was available for the day of the move. Had to go to Home Depot and purchase the moving boxes. Not very happy about the experience
Douglas SWe went inside to let the business know that we had a trailer to drop off. The person did not know what to do. He said to just leave it our back, which we did. We were a bit worried that there would not be any proof of delivery due to this experience. So, we took a photo of the trailer in the parking lot. A day later we got an email stating that the trailer had been received. I understand that the U-Haul Rental business is under new management, but they do need to train their employees better to relieve anxiety.

moving hThe drop off location was closed, and there wasn't any instructions or phone numbers to call. I overfilled the gas tank by 1/4 more than I should have and was told I'd be reimbursed for it when it got checked in. On check in day, I was told, "we don't reimburse for extra gas." So, Uhaul got extra gas from me, really unfair that I was told in the beginning I could get my money back. Gas isn't cheap.
Nancy Lfound Moving Help to be dishonest, difficult to work with and I ethical. Because of my experience with them my excellent experiences with Uhaul trick rental have now been jaded. Because I could not talk with a person at Uhaul Corp, I will look for another trick rental company in the future.

Jim SEasy to use but a little tricky to fiqure out the gps leads you to a store front says party store but uhaul is the back of the building many trucks parked so knew that was the right location . The key drop box was on mmm in front of party store. Maybe a sign saying park in back lot. Very easy tho location good not crowded and easy to drive in and out

Paul JTruck had thin layer of mud on the floor mats plus gunk from food on the console and cup holders; windshield was cracked (was told I was not responsible for this); truck ran well, no issues - did not have cruise control

PETER SThis location has literally not yet been built and needs to be taken off the Uhaul website until this location is built and open!!! My wife and I drove to this address the there was no building. Called the number provided (Dave was very helpful) we had to drive across town to a different location.

Rebecca SThere was no sign of a business named Golden Eagle Transportation located at this address. Nor was there a uhaul sign to indicate that this was the correct site. There was a business called Merchants Movers (or something like that) at the indicated address which suggested that it could be the correct drop off location. However, the app apparently confirmed my GPS location so I assumed that it was the right location but wrong current business name.
Cassandra HAfter a few problems with the location in Thief River Falls, MN. I was sent to the Golden Eagle I Bemidji. The service was outstanding! I was treated the way a customer should be treated. Clear instructions, follow ups etc. gets a 10 out of 10 in my book!
Steve VThe lights did not work when the trailer was picked up. The wheel was bent so it wobbles. The trailer fell off the truck while traveling down the road.
Richard ONothing they were excellent and very informative. So glad I didn’t do mobile drop off.
