moving H.The drop off location was closed, and there wasn't any instructions or phone numbers to call. I overfilled the gas tank by 1/4 more than I should have and was told I'd be reimbursed for it when it got checked in. On check in day, I was told, "we don't reimburse for extra gas." So, Uhaul got extra gas from me, really unfair that I was told in the beginning I could get my money back. Gas isn't cheap.
Nancy L.found Moving Help to be dishonest, difficult to work with and I ethical. Because of my experience with them my excellent experiences with Uhaul trick rental have now been jaded. Because I could not talk with a person at Uhaul Corp, I will look for another trick rental company in the future.
