Becky did an amazing job from reserving a truck, helping us get it ready, instructions on usage & returning..she was SUPER helpful. It was like SHE was more intent on OUR experience than preserving her time. She was great & the truck was just right. Kudos to U-Haul. She was the biggest reason I'd recommend them.

The rollers in the rear door were not lubricated. The door jammed on me, and I had to free it up with a 2x4 and then lubricate each hinge and roller. One roller had popped out of the track. I had to get a hammer and pin to pound the roller back into the track. I lost over 30 minutes fixing a door that was not properly maintained.
