when we returned the u-haul, the lot was packed and vehicles were parked haphazardly. Tough to know where to put the trailer. The staff (Becky) is incredibly nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. A+ for Wendy. The appearance of the office, inside and out, through me off the first time I came. Made me think that the place was second-rate. The staff are really good and overcame that appearance. My experience was very good.

My reservation somehow was not in place when I arrived at the scheduled time. This is after several phone calls including me talking with Tommy, the area rep (not sure if that's his title). The uhaul location where I had to go get a trailer is a mess, which is why I reserved a trailer at the Washington street location. . Poorly organized, the guy is NOT a helpful person. The only redeeming feature at that place is Becky who came in on her day off to get my situation resolved. Overall, I was an hour late moving, all thanks to uhaul. Becky should have a significant pay increase and be in charge of the location she's at

The trailer was never cleaned or even checked in before I arrived to pick up, Even though I arrived 30 minutes after my pick up time. I still had to wait 15 minutes while the business owner did some kind of work on his phone in his car...

UHAUL, as a corporation, is continually unresponsive to the needs of their clients. While the independent operators do their very best, the home office continues to make it difficult for them to operate good efficient outposts! SHAME ON YOU UHAUL!!
