The person that staffed the location, Becky, is just excellent. She's very friendly with positive attitude. She made my U-Haul experience very enjoyable! Oh, and nice car transport trailer, too.

DAVID RThe U-Haul store wasn't open even though the website said it was supposed to be. The truck barely started due to the cold weather. I had to drive over a curb to get the truck off the lot. I was given a larger truck than I asked for and was told over the phone that if I wanted the smaller truck I'd have to wait another half hour. I ordered a dolly that wasn't in the truck. Pretty poor customer service, though the man on the phone was nice. I wouldn't recommend this U-Haul location.
