Tire air pressure was low on one tire. I pointed it out to the manager and he said it was not flat. 3- tires were at 62 # and one was at 48#. He suggested I go to a gas station and inflate the tire.

Needs u-haul sign on fence. When you turn into the road there is a gated community right ahead. Needs a sign with an arrow showing where to go .

Overall experience was ok. No problems on the road. However there was a little fender damage and the owner duct taped it and thankfully it held. Also ball lock/latch was bent. Again I was thankful it held. When we dropped trailer off in Houghton Lake on Saturday they couldn't believe the people sent me out that way.

I am not the kind of person to complain for not reason. Really bad experience, do not come to this location, not recommended. Manager came 45 minutes late, he came didn’t apologize but provided excuses. Offer to take care of me with a discount and I was ok with that on the bill but never did. He tried to play dumb and the finally stated the system seem to be down. Unacceptable, this place should not be in business.

The cab was filthy and stunk of cigarettes. We had to clean and deodorize it before I could use it to make my move. There was still trash in the cab from the previous renter. It took for ever to get checked in and be on my way. They were very unorganized. I’ll never use this location again.

One side of the trailer had tail lights that were not working. Instead of offering a solution, the gentleman jokingly told me that I hopefully won't get pulled over because it's during the day. Their hours were listed as being open from 8 AM and when I arrived at 8:45 AM, the facility was closed and the customer service agent advised me to drop off the trailer on the sidewalk as it was the only place with space left (others dropped off entire box trucks outside their gate and blocked the area). So because they were not open when they were supposed to be, it was also considered an after-hours dropoff and costs more money.

Noah was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The 5x8 trailer we used was very good, but 1 of the 4 taillights didn’t work. I thought the price was good. Overall, I’d give Uhaul 9 out of 10 for customer service, and an 8 out of 10 for quality of equipment.

After hours drop off: the yard is closed after hours and there is very little room to park outside the gate without blocking the way in. I was able to squeeze a 26' with an unhinged car towing dolly in a tight space, but I feel about the guy that came after me.

U-Haul trucks are next to impossible to get out , due to the amount of used cars that don't run. Would not suggest using this pick up location

Never heard of this drop off location!! The location I dropped off at in Columbia, SC never processed my return and rented the trailer that got dropped off in Zephrhills, FL. I was grossly overcharged.

Super friendly, made transaction very simple. Assisted and guided with hooking up trailer to truck, made sure I was comfortable, and told me exactly where to leave it since it was after hours. Did not realize this location was there until a recent driveby, will be using them again! Thank you!
