How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent experience from start to finish! The truck was spotlessly clean, in great condition, and felt practically brand new. What really stood out was the incredible customer service. I was running late and arriving after 5 PM, but he personally called to let me know he’d wait for me. He was extremely helpful, patient, and guided me with all the details and information I needed. Highly recommended dealer—will definitely be coming back.

Michael SAs with the pick up location this person did not give a shit about uhaul or the customer. The app and the website both failed on several levels and made a simple truck dropoff an absolute nightmare. I had to call customer service and the first girl I spoke with was rude and condescending and then abruptly passed me off to a different person. Chavelle(?) was an angel who was extremely helpful and patient with the situation. She heard the rudeness of the gentlemen working at GGA and his complete lack of concern over anything. We were eventually able to return the truck and I ended up emailing pictures of the truck to Chavelle directly since both the app and the website failed to work. I WILL NEVER EVER USE A UHAUL THIRD PARTY LOCATION FOR ANYTHING NOR WILL I USE THE APP OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC RESERVATION SYSTEM!! Additionally, if in the future I ever need to rent a moving truck, trailer, or other equipment I will be researching all of uhauls competitors for rates instead of going directly with U-haul. While the equipment was top notch and performed to expectations the experience of picking up and dropping off the equipment as well as the blatant overcharge and failure of the app and the website have absolutely soured me on Uhaul for future projects.
