Booked for a section of 6 hours. Showed up at 10am, system was down so I could not check out until 11:30am. Finished and dropped off at the location before 04:00pm; but this location was closed at 02:00pm. I thought it would not be a big deal so I just dropped off the key and moved on. Next day, I was charged pretty much double. Wow such a shady place

Nothing fast and easy drop and go
Jody MI only drove 15.9 miles and filled the tank before I brought it back. You charged me for 26 miles and 2 gallons of gas. I won’t be renting from you when my house closes next week and I’d like my money back for the overages you charged me
Juniper AHe did not attach the trailer properly, luckily it became loose when I was leaving my house with the trailer completely empty, and not on the highway that could have killed me. Now there’s damage to my truck thanks to the guy that didn’t verify if the trailer was locked into the hitch. I expect to get my truck fixed by U-Haul.
