PETER ANews to me that the employee was told not to unhook the U-Haul trailer from my suv. I rent U-Hauls yearly. Everyone I drop off, the employee always unhooks the trailer. I do not know how to unhook them, so I’m glad it gets unhooked by employees. But this place was the first. The employee at this location, did unhook it for me. So I appreciate that.
VELMA MI was sent to a location 30 miles from me at last moment to get truck. This stinks 1.30 per mile. What a joke

JEFFREY SThere were only 3 moving pads/blankets and I ordered a dozen.
KELSEY BUhaul forced me to get a truck further from the locations I was moving from and to. There is a uhaul company right by the house I was moving to, but Uhaul would not let me rent from there because "they like to use those trucks for 1 ways". This added 30+ miles to what I had to pay/drive in the truck.

Daniel BI was drastically overcharged for this rental. I was charged for gas, but the tank was on E at pickup, and the clerk was made aware. He advised to not put gas in it upon return. I have submitted pictures of the odometer and gas gauge to uhaul to request a refund for the extensive charges, but I have not received a reply at all.
