Location was great guy working there was friendly and helpful with quick checkout but a final walk through of the truck should be done so that both parties are on the same page with the return.

The worker seemed clueless on how the charges work and tried to charge me for two days (double the cost).
DAVID KPay attention to the gas meter. I left it with 21miles left in the tank but I got it with 17 miles left in the tank. I took a picture even and was charged for 2 gallons of gas anyway. Rip off if you ask me especially at $5 a gallon.

WILLIE CYou should advise the customer ahead of time that checkin is required from the customer in the U-Haul app. Also, advise the customer that a trailer light adapter is likely required since a four pin flat plug doesn’t work with most modern vehicles.
