I explained my position and he replied there was nothing he could do because of the place I picked it up did not change the gas level. Please do what's right and refund my payment for gas

steve G.When i made the reservation I told the person on the phone i needed 150 miles when i picked it up they were only giving me 126 and that wouldn't cover my trip told me it was gonna be 1.00 a mile for the miles extra which upset me and I had to call customer service to get it figured out so for my trip i was on the phone with U-Haul 3 times cuz my pick up location was changed also. I felt that it was a lot of extra time if me being on the phone and it really did upset me about the miles and put me in a sour mood for my 2 hour drive back home.

Jeffrey J.The check in person came out and reviewed the truck. His paper work said that the gas should be 15/16, almost full for return. When I picked the truck up it was on 1/4 tank and thats what my paper work said. I had to call the Uhall place where i pickup the truck at to get all corrected. The drop off place kept me there for 30 minutes to get this correct. The drop off place wanted to charge me additional money. I should not had to go through that, if you computer system is not correct. You should not inconvience the consumer for you mess ups. The drop off place had to call the help center to get this corrected. The drop off place needs to be trained on the proper customer service

I set a reservation in my town and you call me a day before I am moving my whole family and belongings that the truck is reserved is only available an HOUR southwest (in the opposite direction of my move). TERRIBLE COMPANY. WHY SET RESERVATIONS IF YOU CANT UPHOLD THE RESERVATION THAT IS SET!!!!!!!!!!! I will be blowing up social media about how awful your company is.

I had reserved a dozen packing blankets but when I got here the guy tells me that he doesn't have blankets! What's the point of reserving these items more than two weeks in advance then! Very disappointed!

Mike P.The cargo van had less than a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I filled it to full and was nevertheless charged by the proprietor $6.75 for a gallon gas after It was returned.
Lloyd S.Be up front what this all entails and don't wait til they are driving to send them their contract even though a good business person will let them know up front what to expect and NOT be under handed but good business proprietor, if taking money from senior citizens is your way of getting a leg up in life may the same be done unto you.
GLORIA C.A Seven Eleven? Really? Hadji with broken English helped a little between other customers paying for gas and lotto tickets. And then I had to find another Uhaul dealer to get my furniture dollies I ordered. It was much closer to where I asked to pick up. I guess this was your way of charging me more mileage. This will never happen again!

Lucas K.Was charged 25.00 for cleaning fee. The truck was in the same shape as when I picked it up. She wasn't helpful and I couldn't understand her and her communication as what to do was not there. I feel the reason for the fee due to getting gas elsewhere. Would never drop if again at that location. Wld rather drive many miles for another drop.
KIMBERLY A.Location did not have my reservation even though I provided a text confirmation. Gas station clerk took a very long time to get me registered because he kept ringing up customers that came in and would make me wait several different times in between. Once returned he made me go outside to look over the truck even though I told him it was too cold. I knew I left the truck in perfect condition and should not have had to stand in the cold. Unexpected deposit was due.
JESSI A.The person working would not use the drop off location (shadeland ave) that I had already selected prior to picking up the rental at this location. I tried to show him the paperwork and he refused to look at it. Instead he chose a location in 46227 which was way out of my way. He was not customer friendly and even told me to step aside so that he could sell cigarettes and soda to different customers. So I had to call into the customer service to get my drop off location changed back to the one I had previously chosen. The equipment was nice and clean and the drop off location was very nice and fast getting me checked out. I have also recently used the swartz bait and tackle location to rent a truck from and was perfect. The GoLo gas station is exactly what the name says GoLo.
jason W.I was charged a cleaning fee because I was told the van was dirty. I swept it out even though we had nothing dirty in it (a mattress, dresser and 4 plastic bins). So I was upset that I had to pay significantly more than I thought I would.

Renee P.I have rented here before and had a good experience. This time, I was asked upon pickup to stop at a tire shop and air up the tires because the pressure was low. I had to do this again during the rental period. The truck had not been cleaned when I received it and then I was charged a cleaning fee when I returned it. I returned the truck with more gas than I left with but no concession there.
