They overcharged me for the mileage. I only drove 58.212 miles however my bill reflected way over that! I was not happy about that!

Terrible and they charged me fees that weren’t to be charged I need someone from management to call me asap
Katasha GScheduling Manager fraudulently added Safe Move to the contract after I’d declined the service when reserving the truck online. The truck’s A/C never worked. Called customer service about both issues but nothing was done regarding the fraud charge and I didn’t have time to stop for vehicle maintenance to repair the A/C.
Gregory EThe truck had not been cleaned out. Besides dirt, there were several bobby pins laying around inside. I was also a bit surprised that the guy at the location only asked for my name, but no ID.
BRIAN LThis location is a gas station. We filled the tank back to what it was, 3/4 full, AT THEIR LOCATION and they charged us for not filling it up. We were charged $55 for gas that we already put in. We said something but the charge was not removed. Trucknwas dirty when we picked it up, and I have pictures of the trash on the floor and sticky stuff on the floor and cup holders with dirt. Will never rent there again.
