The guy was 30 minutes late to rent us the U-Haul the first truck the door broke the second truck the a/c only worked half the time needs better maintenance

Ronda SWhile truck was clean and operated ok, it had close to 170,000 miles on it and had very rough suspension. This was the second location i had to go to as my original reservation at Mulch and Family LLC was not available. I arrived and they said they had my reservation but had no trucks available (even though 5 were in the dirt lot). I had to call the support 800 number to have a truck located to me 20 min away. once i got there, they didn't have any of the furniture pads or hand truck i had ordered. I had to go to another location to get those items. I returned them with the truck but didn't see a receipt on my portal for them.
