I had to make a second stop to get moving blankets. It would’ve been nice to get them at the same place I got the truck.

Great customer service
MARK CTruck has very unstable, didn’t have a dolly overcharged on mileage possibly charged me for a dolly.
MARK LIt’s a gas station and they have other things going on. It was tough to communicate because there was music playing loudly and plexiglass between me and the attendant.
Harold RWe were originally scheduled to pick up from 5330 Dr Martin Luther King Blvd, Ste E Anderson, IN however when we got there, they did not have our truck, nor did they call to tell us that our truck hadn’t been returned. We had to go to another location 25 min away to pick up a different truck and wasted over 1.5 hours with the whole process. Very frustrating

ROBERT GMileage expense is to high. Federal govt allows for .65 cent mileage reimbursement for employees U-Haul should not have mileage fees higher than what government allows
GREGORY HIt was an easy experience. I was grateful to have a person to talk to face to face when I went to make the reservation, pick up the U-Haul and return the U-Haul. The location was by the highway and had a large parking lot. Getting in and out was easy. I recommend Golo for your U-Haul needs.
SUSAN ZOperator was dishonest as he charged for sweeping out truck even though I had already it swept it myself. Confronted him about the charge and he demonstrated very poor customer relations.

ANGELA WThe service was good but this U-Haul rental location is a public gas station so when a gas station customer comes in worker will stop helping the u-haul customer and help the gas station customer.
DANNY MI reserved a truck and was late picking it up. No where in an email or at checkout did it say you had 30 mins to pick up or the reservation was removed. Attendant worked with my but attitude was less than enthusiastic. I was then issued a truck that blew smoke out the exhaust and check engine light came on and began flashing. Made it 5 miles and had to return the truck. Got another truck and was able to move. Upon return use of self check-in at night under darkness was not efficient. The need to park the truck in such a confined space left to room to take photos. The gas station that rented the uhaul didn't have gas and I had to go elsewhere to get gas and return again.very frustrating, didn't feel like the trucks were in good shape. Have had much better experiences with Penske and Budget.
JOHN SWhen I picked up the truck I was given a truck which my mom paid for and they gave us a SET price if the truck was returned to them as is(including filled gas tank). This is how it was returned, and I do have pictures as proof prior to leaving and upon return. When I dropped. It off the employee helped me be sure it was full of gas since that is a gas station, and said no further charges would be occurred on my moms part. After the truck wax Terri. Time clean.and fill of fuel, she was charged again with NO AUTHORIZATION AND NO EXPLANATION. I need someone to contact me so that I can have the last charge of $38.63, retuned to my mother’s card. The first was $147.61, and was authorized. If I do not resolve this matter as she sees suitable, she still be disputing all of the charges due to fraudulent charges made by the merchant. Thank you. NICHOLAS ZA gas station with 1 attendant is horrible. He kept having to leave and check out gas station customers.

JOE VWent to drop the truck off at the second location (a gas station). They had a sign on the door “back in 5 minutes”. Several people standing around the door said it had already been 20 minutes. The guy finally opened the door around 10 minutes later. Inadequate parking for the truck , had to park in the parking lot adjacent to the gas station

JESES LI did not drop off at this location, so I have no idea why I'm being prompted to give feedback on it. Also, why have an option for "Non Applicable" to questions like "Were the personnel helpful?" if the form treats it like a lack of response? I don't know if they're helpful, or if the location was clean, or if I'd recommend it to a friend, because I've never been there. I'm submitting the review so that the location that I both picked up and dropped off from knows they did good.
PHILLIP IThe truck that I rented was not safe… I could not go over 50 miles an hour that felt like the front wheels were gonna slide right out from the front end… The oil light kept coming on… When returning the truck, the oil light kept flashing. It felt like it was gonna stall out when I was at a stop. I returned it to the closest U-Haul available, so I would not get stranded… I’ve noticed I’ve been charged an extra fee for returning to the wrong location… I expect this fee to be refunded as that truck was not safe, if I don’t see a refund within the next 3 to 5 days, I will be contacting the credit card company and disputing it… I do realize I forgot the dolly and another piece of equipment. I will return to the U-Haul location Monday morning. I expect a credit for it as well … Please email me with any response… I hope you take that truck off the road and retire it or at least repair it. It is not safe.

Rosemary MYou changed my pickup location from Schwartz to Golo Xpressmart. When I arrived, they did not have the moving blankets or dolly that I requested in the reservation.

joseph lI had to rent from this location 20 miles away from my house due to the one half mile away from me didn’t have the correct equipment. So my 70 miles not even half of it should’ve been charged on me since I couldn’t return it to the location near me. The staff was friendly. In the future I would like to be able to atleast return the equipment closer to me so I don’t get charged for extra miles.

Joseph MNothing really. Unfortunately, their was a storm and power outage when I picked up my vehicle. This caused issues, but the location managed through it fairly well. The vehicle was fairly new, clean and exactly what I expected

Eric JThis place was fast and very receptive to me, we did a quick walk around on the truck and then he notes the truck was returned 3/4 full (which is how I received the truck) and he had to charge me for the gas not being full. I explained my position and he replied there was nothing he could do because of the place I picked it up did not change the gas level. Please do what’s right and refund my payment for gas

steve GWhen i made the reservation I told the person on the phone i needed 150 miles when i picked it up they were only giving me 126 and that wouldn’t cover my trip told me it was gonna be 1.00 a mile for the miles extra which upset me and I had to call customer service to get it figured out so for my trip i was on the phone with U-Haul 3 times cuz my pick up location was changed also. I felt that it was a lot of extra time if me being on the phone and it really did upset me about the miles and put me in a sour mood for my 2 hour drive back home.
