liked the owner of the drop off, but.... not happy with the 23 miles to drop off and have to pay for a 20 mile overage... thanks to him, he was able to get it removed... San Rafael should have chosen something within the allotted destination.

Was charged a $200 bogus "damage fee" with no explanation and of course this was made up. This place is a rip off. Van was in horrible condition and could barely drive. Would not recommend. Also they changed the location on me last minute.

No need for improvement at all. Working with UHAUL to reserve a trailer was very easy! The whole process went smoothly. And we were very happy with the pick-up service at Gonzalez Auto Service & Smog. Jesus, the owner, helped us, and he's awesome!

We rented a trailer. After hooking it up the staff noticed one tire was looking a little low. they took the time to remove the tire and found a nail in it and replaced it promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail.
