I was supposed to receive a dolly but there was not one there. As a single woman trying to move on my own the lack of dolly made it take so much longer and become a huge strain on my body. The location was not open at the time I needed to pickup so there was no remedy. I might have completely changed my plans if I had known no dolly would be provided the night before, but because I was redirected to this location, I was dropped off by Lyft at an early hour and did not feel safe waiting around in an industrial area alone until opening.
