Naomi VWas charged a $200 bogus "damage fee" with no explanation and of course this was made up. This place is a rip off. Van was in horrible condition and could barely drive. Would not recommend. Also they changed the location on me last minute.

mathew mThe kind man who owns this place makes up for the area. *I had to wait a full day in Holbrook, AZ to replace a broken tow dolly. The great guy there switched it out in minutes but it took over an hour to get the proper paperwork. This is ridiculous. My waiting 45 minutes to talk to a human is ridiculous. You need to work on this very big problem.
