Friendly, prompt service. I did accidentally mark the gas as not as full as stated, however, my mistake, the fuel gage is opposite as my truck. So the fuel level was correct (you'll see my photo from check in). This is not my first time renting from this location, ans will not be my last! The transaction was so easy!

Josue was very helpful and truck was super clean looked like it had just came off the showroom floor. They also do Smog test so if you need that tailpipe check they are got you covered also.
Ivan AThe truck share 24/7 was a nightmare. The location of the pick up on the map was inside the gated area so whenever I tried starting the pick up process it said I was in the wrong location. I talked to 3 different people through the phone ti help me with the issue and the call cut off twice. They kept having me do the same steps over and over again even after I said I had already done those with the previous person. They eventually had me do a manual dispatch and even that was a struggle. It was terrible and it makes me question if I would ever want to use them again

Genesis RMy only issue was I booked the reservation for out of state move a month in advance and items I requested were not all at the pickup location. I had to go to a farther away location to get the tow dolly and the appliance and furniture dolly were in yet another location. It would be nice at the cost and struggle of moving out of state being a struggle, if what you reserve is packaged at one location and ready on your schedule.

Sharisa WJosue was an excellent representative for U-Haul. He was helpful above and beyond expectations. He helped us with all aspects of our rentals anytime we requested his help. We rented a 26 ft truck, a 20 ft truck and a large trailer to drive 1,200 miles. We recommend Gonzalez U-Haul for everyone!!!
