We've all had our good and not-so-good rental experiences. This was one of my very few great ones. The gentleman in the morning was ready for me as I arrived a bit early and was very friendly and professional. Same goes for the gentleman that was there when I returned. I was 45 minutes late and he did not charge me an extra day which I appreciate. He was also very friendly and professional. Thank you gents! You made moving day better for me. -John

The pictures of the truck for problems with it were not this truck. If it was the same truck, it was at a different location than where I picked it up
