What can you do better? 1. Don't dent my car when hooking up the trailer. 2. Hook it up so that it does not come off my U-Haul hitch when I make my first left turn on to a major highway, stranding me and having me try to put the hitch back together in the fast lane less than a mile where I got the trailer.

Office was difficult to locate, as it was only one of multiple doors located in the back of the church facility. Recommend adding better signage to direct customers where office is.

when I went to pick up the truck the person that they had in the office seemed very knowledgeable about the process he did not respond to my questions and I had to pick a new drop off location than what I originally picked online now the drop off location that the guy in the office gave me on the list that was not the original one that I chose online is charging me a lost key charge because they say the truck was stolen now the guy in the office in Tampa did not have on a uniform so I was not looking for someone in uniform when I went to drop the truck off so I will never rent from U-Haul again nor will I recommend a U-Haul to any of my friends as I have friends who are frequently moving from the north to the south and the south to the north
