It was a quick and easy pick up and drop off
Christal VMy uhaul experience was great ! I had a tire blow out on the car hauler at 4:00 AM and within an hour I was back on the road. Customer service was concerned an easy to work with and emergency service was prompt and professional . A+, A+, A+!!. Thanks for taking a bad situation and making it positive .
tim sIDK if you can do anything about it, but using the app to pick up the truck was not smooth.
Mark LI was not sure if it was the U-Haul computer program or the lack of understanding of how to use it to create the contract by the service personnel. Nonetheless, it took multiple attempts and hours outside of my scheduled appointments to get the contract right. Nevertheless, the pickup finally occurred, and the equipment worked well throughout the trip.
