Picked up the U-Haul. It was supposed to be a mobile pick up. Took me about 30 minutes because the app kept crashing. There was a spill in the front seat that had not been cleaned, and it was sticky on the floor. I was not able to do the mobile check-in as well because I needed to go apparently into the office to get the keys, even though I was told and signed up for a mobile pick up. When I got to the office door, it was locked and the sign said I’ll be back. I’m not here right now. So I wound up having to spend about 40 minutes to do this check-in when it should’ve been very quick and speedy. I didn’t really like the interaction I had with the people there. It was kind of weird. It was weird that it was in a church and it was weird that the church staff were running it. Additionally, I needed to extend my time and I was unable to on the app saying that there was a family that was going to be running this U-Haul, which was false. There were also several other 15 feet U-Haul at the location that were readily available, so I’m not sure why they prevented me from extending the time on my mobile app. I called and let them know. I needed to extend the time in the gentleman. I spoke to was very strange and weird on the phone. He said for a price I can extend it. He kept me on the phone for about five minutes, going back-and-forth bantering and would not necessarily give me a price over the phone. I would never recommend this place. I will never be coming back here again and it has definitely changed my mind in general about U-Haul. Please consider taking this place off the map as an available area to get a U-Haul.

Diego SI tried to find a location closer to my son’s home but Nicole let me know they were full. She recommended Good Seed Abode and at first when viewing the location in Google maps, I didn’t see any U-Haul equipment. I was concerned with the drop off location but Nicole dug into the details on her end and reassured me it would be okay and it was. Plenty of room to navigate a large truck and trailer. If Google maps had been updated, I wouldn’t have hesitated to drop off at GSA.

Hook it up so that it does not come off my U-Haul hitch when I make my first left turn on to a major highway, stranding me and having me try to put the hitch back together in the fast lane less than a mile where I got the trailer.

PHILLIP Cwhen I went to pick up the truck the person that they had in the office seemed very knowledgeable about the process he did not respond to my questions and I had to pick a new drop off location than what I originally picked online now the drop off location that the guy in the office gave me on the list that was not the original one that I chose online is charging me a lost key charge because they say the truck was stolen now the guy in the office in Tampa did not have on a uniform so I was not looking for someone in uniform when I went to drop the truck off so I will never rent from U-Haul again nor will I recommend a U-Haul to any of my friends as I have friends who are frequently moving from the north to the south and the south to the north
