Opening times not clear. Truck onsite but took over an hour for customer service to figure out how to get me the keys and I paid for a dolly and it wasn’t there. Customer service kept putting me on hold not professional at all

Brian NArrived about 25 minutes early as the location was an hour and a half from my home. I was greeted by a worker who did not know anything about the U-Haul rental. He gave me a number to call, and no one answered. I contacted U-Haul customer service for assistance and was told that my pickup was scheduled for 11 a.m. and they could only offer me to go to another location 25 miles away. I waited for someone to arrive for several minutes and called customer service again at 10:50 and was told again of my pickup time and there was nothing they could do about my rental. As I hung up with customer service the person from the store came to my vehicle with his phone as the person who was supposed to be there at 11 was on the line to complete my rental so I could get on my way. He completed the rental via cell phone at that time. There tells me that there is NO WAY that the responsible person would have been at the location for my scheduled pickup!! Since the person at the location did not know how to rent or hook up the trailer, I had to attach the trailer to my truck and ensure that I would be safe to tow this trailer 200 miles to Alabama. This unacceptable service for any location which rents products for U-Haul! I feel it give U-Haul a negative, unprofessional rental experience. I also feel that U-Haul customer service did not provide proper support when requested.
Pierre BI live in bogalusa I really just told dolly to tow my van then I rent returned it in bogalusa they wanted me to bring it back to Covington that was way out of my way and I was not going to bring it back out there then they turn around too much later and try to charge me $110 for not returning it to where I got it from I think that was just total b******* on U-Hauls Partthank you very much Ricky Baker

Brandon BBeing timely and being aware of customer requests made online for services. Very untimely and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all, and now I’m getting multiple different receipts with different prices. Called Customer Service or Corporate because this is ridiculous. NEVER again using U-Haul.
Brian BThe moving blankets were filthy, oily and full of rat or mice feces. they were placed in the truck loose and not wrapped in plastic bags as I have rented them before. This store was filthy and is definitely not up to U-Haul standards. I have rented from U-HAUL many times in the past and have had excellent experiences. In my opinion this place should not be representing U-HAUL in any shape or manner.
Gary FThe cab of the truck was dirty, but the bed was mostly clean. I have rented several U-Haul trucks in the past, and none have been maintained like they should be. But, this one was OK.
