It was a gas station clerk who had NO IDEA what he was doing. I never received ANY paperwork from anyone, except a final email when finished. Some man did everything over the phone. This gas station clerk didn't even hook up the trailer, we had to hook up our own trailer... which I think goes against uHaul rules. It was very poor service, rude individuals. It was the WORST experience we've had at uhaul for any reservation over the years. Would NOT recommend and we will NEVER use this location again.
