I would like to complain the gal who served us! She spent more than 45 mins for the registration when we picked up the car. We booked the dolly but she didn’t give it to us! And spent more than 20 mins for returning the car. She needs to call and asked! It’s waste of our time. So that we were very rush and we didn’t have time to go back to ask for the dolly. We booked 4 hours but actually we only got less than 3 hours! We are very disappointed and I need to ask for the refund of the dolly which we didn’t get it during our ride!

Have the Van ready, don't send people on a wild goose chase up a mountain to find another vehicle. Don't charge for the extra milage while chasing another vehicle. Compensate customers who miss ferries because of your mistakes. Make sure the vehicles is in working order. There were not one, not two but three flat tires on this vehicle. The seat belt alarm kept going off to the point where I would have to pull over several times to unlock and lock the seat belt. They charged me over $400 for a one day rental that was supposed to be $19.95 , not including gas. No one ever bothered to call me back about this, instead I got a text that said sorry your vehicle wasn't ready, here's a $50 credit.

During the process of picking up and returning the truck,the website did not work and I wasted more than an hour. The inside of the car was very dirty, full of dog hair and dust.

Goody's convenient store management is outstanding. In the cold snow, she cam outside to show me the vehicle, take photos of minor scratches and was all out wonderful upon the return. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I had extremely difficult time to get the GPS signal right. The person in the shop is late and not much helpful either. So is the helpline I called. I did exactly as what the operator suggested but nothing helped. Eventually, I got another two phones to switch and twiggle around to get the GPS unlock so I eventually got access to the key 1.5 hours later. I have to hold the people I asked to help me move and mean while paid all these extra charge for nothing. Same thing happened when we returned the vehicle. It is just a horrible experience and I spent a whole day because of the delay and I paid triple of what I was quoted. I am still waiting for the invoice to see what exactly I was charged. Tbh, I should have just hired some Facebook movers and saved all this stress. Job would be done much faster too. What a waste of time, money and energy. Lessons learned.

I wasn't sent the padlock code prior to arriving, in order to access the key for the vehicle. It took over 30 mins to get it sorted it out. Hopefully, this won't happen to other customers. Other than that, I had a good experience and the owner of Goodys Convenience was quite helpful in finding the person who would be able to help me.

It took 20 minutes once we arrived to get the paperwork done, and there was another booking at 1 so we were unable to finish hauling stuff to storage. Zhe operator said " there's just over half a tank of gas" we put 10.00 in ( @ 1.52 per litre) and it was over the half a tank but 5he operator disputed the gas situation. We did under 50 km and 10. Is 6 litres of gas which should have covered our use. We had to go 5 km to put more gas in. Zhe back 9f zhe van was not swept out and there was an empty can on the floor in the passenger side.

Uhaul needs to verify my identity before I pick up the truck, not at the time when I am there. Also, I didn't know that I pay also for gas. I thought the USD per mileage covers the gas as well.

The first booking I made was canceled because your agent said you had no vans available. I hope I never have to use your services again and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away from your rentals. It was a horrible experience.

Previous Renters must have had the van in a dirt area as inside was not clean at all. Its ok just makes me nervous with all the disclaimers Uhaul puts on as additional charges and wondering if I would be charged for that.... thinking I made the mess.

I was able to book the van at 7:30 but only allowed me to pick it up at 8am. WHY? if the location does not open until 8 DON'T LET ME BOOK IT AT 7:30.

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience with U-Haul and will not be using your services again due to this, nor recommending my family & friends do. The night before moving/our U-Haul reservation, I received a call in the late evening stating that our requested pickup location was ‘sold out’ of our reserved truck, so we were sent to a location 30min away to pick up our truck. I received another call the next day (moving day) stating that the drop off location we were to drop our truck off at would be closed so we were to self-close our receipt via cellphone. Upon arriving at the drop off location and attempting to fill out the forms online, we kept getting an error message saying that your company was experiencing service interruptions and we had to completely re fill out the forms. After attempting to do this twice with no avail, I called U-Haul and they said we could drop the truck off at another location that was open to have someone assist us in person. Why were we not sent to an open location in the first place? Moving is stressful enough without the headache and added stress we experienced using your company and we are not pleased.
