The store retail staff was super helpful, greatly appreciated his efforts. He was genuine and transparent. Would definitely return for a day rental when needed

Not the friendliest, poor manners in customer service. Was pretty rude when I said I only had a debit card. Said they only take credit cards. Then said they could take debit but it would be a 10 min wait and they were noticeably unhappy about that. Meanwhile I'm staring at a "we take debit" sign on the counter lol truck was great though. Thankyou.
KIMBERLY GMan spoke very broken English. Charged me $94.12 for the truck, but I was billed 173.12 on my Bank statement. Next day took back the paper work same man on counter difficult to understand but said he did not know how to fix. Had to wait until owner came in. Later that night received call from owner. Again broken English but said credit would show up in a few days. Appears to have been corrected. Not a good experience. Would not go back. Would probably use another means.
JOHN CTerrible system had over 100$ of gas in the tank extra complete scam they refused to give any discount or anything for over filling the gas terrible company!!!
