The first booking I made was canceled because your agent said you had no vans available. I hope I never have to use your services again and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away from your rentals. It was a horrible experience.Daniel N.
Previous Renters must have had the van in a dirt area as inside was not clean at all. Its ok just makes me nervous with all the disclaimers Uhaul puts on as additional charges and wondering if I would be charged for that.... thinking I made the mess.Stepheno C.

I was able to book the van at 7:30 but only allowed me to pick it up at 8am. WHY? if the location does not open until 8 DON'T LET ME BOOK IT AT 7:30.MAYRA P.
This was my first time renting a vehicle at this neighborhood location. This is a great idea and I look forward to using this service again. The representative at Goodies Convenience Store was a great help since this was my first time. She guided me through the process flawlessly.MICHAEL H.

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience with U-Haul and will not be using your services again due to this, nor recommending my family & friends do. The night before moving/our U-Haul reservation, I received a call in the late evening stating that our requested pickup location was â€˜sold out' of our reserved truck, so we were sent to a location 30min away to pick up our truck. I received another call the next day (moving day) stating that the drop off location we were to drop our truck off at would be closed so we were to self-close our receipt via cellphone. Upon arriving at the drop off location and attempting to fill out the forms online, we kept getting an error message saying that your company was experiencing service interruptions and we had to completely re fill out the forms. After attempting to do this twice with no avail, I called U-Haul and they said we could drop the truck off at another location that was open to have someone assist us in person. Why were we not sent to an open location in the first place? Moving is stressful enough without the headache and added stress we experienced using your company and we are not pleased.NICHOLAS Y.
