Over and beyond service. This location was much closer to where I was initially told to drop the trailer. I was not happy about having to the truck so far away. I was told to bring the truck back to this same location because he had space. That helped me out big time.

SHON RThis place was not my first choice. My reservation for pick up in Buckeye, AZ was changed several times, the last being this place the day before I was to pick up. Too late to make any other arrangement. The man was hostile and rude. The amount of insurance was changed to higher amount, and he said he could not change it. I would have to cancel my reservation; after driving an hour and a half for pickup, he acted like it was no big deal. From his high perch, he looked down at me and said, it's up to you, do you want to cancel. I told him No, run my card please. And then he tried to make an issue of me being annoyed of the jacked-up price. I wasn't, I was just trying to get out of there and it was like he was prolonging my visit. After he hooked up the trailer to the truck, he said that was all he could do, his insurance didn't allow him to guide me while I loaded the vehicle on a trailer that was unfamiliar with, and I did tell him this. He walked away. After many attempts of getting the vehicle onto the trailer, I got it on, and then I could not open the door. I know he was watching, you'd think he would come out and show me how to lower the hub cover. I removed the car. And told him I would not be able to take the trailer from him, I would have to find another U-Haul to help me. He acted ignorant, what, what are you talking about, what do you mean you can't open the door? I said, just what I said, I can't open the door when the car is loaded on the trailer. And then he says, you lower the hub like this. It was pretty devastating, knowing he was watching me struggle. And he couldn't be bothered to show me how to lower the hub before going inside, because his insurance didn't allow him to tell me how to operate the trailer? He pointed to the hub, and I said, yeah, it says, NO STEP, allover, where does it tell me how to lower the hub. He then responds, I didn't know you didn't know. I told this man several times, and he kept responding, my insurance won't let me help you. After he left, I got the car back on, which took many attempts to get it right when you don't have someone to guide you. After sweating in the heat for about an hour, I got the car on and when I was about to do the tie downs, he came out and threaded the ties for me and tighten them. I was very grateful and appreciated that he finally came out to help. I told him, he was a good man for finally coming out to help me after suffering in the sun, I was on the verge of a heat stroke, and he's watching me from the comfort of being inside his well air conditioned home, and I will never go to this place, ever again, nor do I recommend it for any older women. No respect for the elderly, filing an ADA complaint against this U-haul facility. Needless, to say, I spent more time in this facility than I needed to be, I have used U-haul for many decades and never have I encountered such a discriminating presence, such as I felt in this man. He also stated that I would need to take someone with me with I returned the equipment in Quartzsite as there would be no one there to help me unhook the trailer from the truck. This sounded odd to me as I was familiar with the drop off center and it was a business with working people. I returned the equipment to the center as scheduled, and a kind gentleman at the U-haul center came out and helped me undo the ties and helped me to guide my vehicle off and he took the equipment for inspection. The truck was returned clean and gassed as I received it and I received my receipt for returning the equipment. I do not recommend this place and will post my review on Yelp.

Lycorysh BShock absorbing hitch did not function correctly and so every start and stop my tow vehicle was undully jerked and slammed by the trailer momentum. Also, tire strap ratchet mechanisms were rusty making difficult to smooth operation.
