My experience at dropping and picking up was great. It was the in between lack of communication about where I was dropping of the tow dolly. I had to go 40 mins out of my way to drop it off. If I would have known that at the beginning I could under stand. But I wasn’t told until I was on my way to drop it off. Driving an empty trailer for that long is a pain having to going 30mph took over an hour messed my lat day of vacation up.
