The experience was very pleasant. The manager explained the equipment and all the charges. I was very happy with this location and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to rent a truck

Owner of location added insurance coverage for $16. I explicitly stated i did not want insurance coverage. Owner refused to refund/reimburse the amount for a service i did not request. WIll use Budget rentals from now on.
