Friendly, fast, convenient. Nothing else I could have asked for. (Maybe Bluetooth or a CarPlay screen in the rental, that would have been great)

How U-Haul Reviews Workfriendly convenient, very accommodating
Paul BLocation was find although not the location I made the reservation for. I needed to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up the truck and 20 miles back to my house. I should be entitled compensation for my time inconvenience, personal car miles and gas to pick up the truck and drive back home. and then should be compensated for gas for the truck ride back to my home. Especially since the truck gets 10 mpg and gas per gallon is $4.40.
Michael FWhat a great experience, the owner was very helpful and friendly.
Glenn CI selected pickup in Enfield, ct, days before I was told I had to pick up in granby, ct, which was 1/2 farther from my home, so extra hour of my time. Gas as well.
