Steven RFix your system to have accurate towing capacities. Your system thinks my truck can only tow 2,000lbs when the manufacturer says 7,500. Would not recommend u-haul. Penske or budget is much better.

James NAshley, the sales rep, went beyond the "call of duty". When I discovered that my hitch ball was loose, she went into the shop to find the appropriately sized wrench and allowed me to borrow it. I really appreciate her level of customer service.

WESLEY WWhen blankets are reserved they need to be available. Major problem to load a full truck with no blankets. Location could not have cared any less. Not their problem. Furthermore ALL of your long distance/Drop off trucks need to be equipped with cruise control. A horrible experience to drive over 1000 solo without any cruise control.

Gesner DAshley was responsible for the positive experience during my uhaul rental. She never hesitated to answer my questions even called the county landfill to get details of what to expect when i used the uhaul to remove tires and lawnmowers. Good Customer service is rare today but not at Grand rental station. Awesome display of merchandise from garden tools, packing materials and loads of tools and equipment too.

KELLY LAll the parking was for handicap (only 4 parking spaces total). So there was no where to park when I picked up the U-Haul.
Francisco DAshley lied to us about 2 things. First she said 2 straps are provided with the trailer’s and second she said we would get money back at drop off if we didn’t use the 5 days on receipts. We got it to a uhaul drop off which we told her that we would use and they told us no money back so she lied to at the uhaul store in bowling green, florida or she didn’t know what she was doing. Either way I feel like we were lied to

Angela DHad to hook trailer by myself, took over a hour to get all done. My back still hurts from picking up and moving tow dolly. Also wired on cables not covered, still got cuts and had to tighten wheel covers at first gas stop due to being loose. NEVER AGAIN

Frank FThe original drop off company lied and said they were closed for a week when I tried to drop off the trailer. I drive by the place that after and the following day and they were open both times. They clearly didn’t want to deal with the drop off. The second place that the drop off was relocated to was fine. This caused me to drive an extra hour round trip fuel and time I did not have.

James SThe young lady that waited on us was very friendly and helpful! It was pouring rain and they allowed us to unhitch the trailer in their parking lot without having to take it out back where most trailers are taken when returned. We were most thankful for that!

Nancy SMy experience was horrible. I almost lost 800 dollars to a moving company because uhaul couldn't fulfill my reservation. I had to drive almost 2 hours to go pick up the next truck and drive back home. Lost pretty much the entire day because my 7am reservation couldn't be fulfilled after having the truck booked for 10 days. Horrible experience from uhaul not specific locations
tyler mOnline reservations were a little tough. Reservations were canceled twice. Gave up took my chances on having a tow dolly availability. Got lucky!

Nitza AThe location in Bowling Green is excellent and thank God the lady behind the counter was great at customer service.............since they are not letting me review the first location where I was supposed to pick up my truck on the day of my move the following is a review of that location not the one in Bowling Green !!!!!!!! I had a reservation at the U-Haul located on Pan American Drive in North Port, FL, which was only 5 minutes from our rental home that we were moving from. I received confirmation from U-Haul that everything was good to go for the day of our move but when I arrived at the location in North Port, FL I was told they did not have my truck and they were not expecting any trucks in today. The lady behind the counter was extremely uncaring and told me that all she would give me is the number of the traffic center. I had movers lined up for the morning and we had to be out of rental home by noon but this location in North Port could care less. I spent almost an hour on hold with the traffic center before they located a truck for me 45 miles away !!!!! This was an extremely upsetting and frustrating experience and really threw off the entire move.

james bTruck size we ordered and confirmed was not available when we showed up. Only had 1 truck that we could use and it was a in town only and we were not moving in town so had to drive an extra trip to drop the truck off. Truck was too small so we had to call around to find someone who had a trailer to help us with the rest of our furniture. Had to be out and moved that day so couldn’t move any other day, so we took the small truck. The guy that helped us at the desk was very polite and friendly. Great customer service. Had no issues with him just the aggravations of not getting the truck that we rented online and having to find a trailer and another pickup truck to move.
