U-Haul should stock the location with moving blankets and other moving needs. My reservation was moved to this location and when I specifically asked about the blankets I was assured the moving blankets I had reserved would be there with the truck. When we got there I was informed that U-Haul had never stocked this location with blankets or any other moving supplies. The lack of moving blankets really affected the protection of my furniture for this out of state move. If moving blankets were reserved my reservation should have been moved to a location that could provide them, or the blankets should have been delivered to this location so they would be there as U-Haul committed to.

Our Uhaul was filthy when we picked it up. There was clumps of mud on the floor and mud all over the doors. The center console had garbage and spilled pop on the cup holders. I have taken photos for reference. Broken windshield wiper and burned out headlight. We had to have roadside service come and fix things before we could even start our trip. Once we arrived on Colorado, our movers did not show leaving us to unload our belongings ourselves. I have called Uhaul and they told me to file a formal complaint once I returned our truck. I would appreciate a phone call from a representative to discuss this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention.
