Everything seemed alright for the most part. My one complain is I needed a regular dolly and none were available. It made my move much harder not having a regular dolly available. I dropped my belongings a few times using the appliance dolly because the lip wasn’t big enough. The truck seemed clean. The windshield was taped up and the side of the truck wasn’t marked where there was possibly some damage. But it worked just fine for the move. I was sent to a different location to pick up the truck which was fine but couldn’t understand why it couldn’t have had the correct dolly I asked for. It also only had a little over a quarter tank of gas which adds extra miles where I was limited. Originally I was told it was unlimited when I called the u haul hotline. Then told I only had a little over 300 miles I could go. The regional manager I spoke with added a little bit more thankfully. I had called back to verify I didn’t have to be concerned about mileage from getting lost or having to go back and forth to the storage location if I didn’t have any help. I wish they were more clear about what the mileage was but in the end it worked out. That’s not the fault of the worker at the flint location. The flint regional manager I believe I spoke with put my mind at ease in regards to that. My only issue was the dolly not being available.
