The person who releases the rental was late for my scheduled appointment and did not even know that I had a rental scheduled for that day. Training of more employees to complete the UHaul rental process should be a priority. The rental truck was covered in snow and there was no snow brush in the truck to clear the snow off of the windows. The area around the truck was not cleared for safe access. The person I returned the truck to kept referring to me as "bro". I am a customer, not his bro. The online portion of the rental was easy and effective.
