this location charged more than any other uhaul ive ever had, made me get a smaller truck than I wanted and charged a fortune in miles. said I could drop off in a closer location like I have always done with Uhaul but when I went to do it, they said it was an extra $190! and made me drive more miles and gas back to their location on a holiday!AmandA M.
Didn't have the right truck, Not locations fault. Got a credit. Truck I did get was smaller and VERY dirty. Inside was gross. Photos in the "walk through" were not recent. Hard to specify what is damaged on the truck when there is no option.LEIGHTON R.

First. I declined the insurance but they charged me anyway, i ordered an appliance dolly, which wasnt on the truck and i literally sat for 2 hours at a stand still until a random neighbor helped me with my couch, then, i never received my.$43 dollar refund, so, it still had charged $100 to my account. So. The truck worked fine, though the brakes were bad. But i still got moved. Just kinda bummed paying extra and not even getting what, i ordered in advanceAaron M.
