BRETT PWhen I arrived the passenger side window was slightly down and there was muddy foot prints on the floor. Already late in my own for where I was picking up a pallet of items from an Amazon return warehouse said screw it I didn’t have time and wasn’t gonna make a fuss about something like that are u n an already my overcast day, I paid for 25 miles , which ended up 28 miles by the time it was done and had it back with in 15. In of allotted time of 3 hours. I put 7 dollars in the tank which should have been ell enough to cover it by my calculations , it hasn’t moved anyways and didn’t register I had put anything in it anyways either , I returned iexactly as I left it spot and all…. The next morning I i awoke to see they charged me 100 bucks which tapped me out completely for the next 5 days being without a job and living on unemployment. So I appreciate it U-Haul i won’t use ur service or recommend it again I for several years rented uhauls sat my fathers used ice station when I was younger and can’t imagine doing my.customerslike that but it fine, fool me once right?
Adam EI want a refund for the hour of time I had to spend checking my vehicle in on line due to them being closed on the weekend and not being able to just call and check it in. . .my time cost $43.00 per hour at time and a half it is $64.50 due to being on a Saturday. . . There is no reason a billion dollar company should charge for after hours check in. It's disgusting
RICHARD DI got a extra charge for gas when I had filled to where it was when I received truck. Didn't even try to get money back. Was hard enough to book the uhaul let alone get money back. Will be using a different moving truck next time
JERRY KTruck experienced mechanical issues after driving only 5 miles and had to be returned.
Thomas SGas was below 1/8 tank-barely enough to make it to a gas station. Truck looked like someone dumped a bag of crumbs in the cup holders and surrounding area-I couldn't even put my phone there to use the gps!!!
PAMELA SLinda, the U-Haul franchise owner in Ravenna, told me she would be in the office until 4:30 and if I returned the trailer I was renting after that time I would need someone with me who could unhitch the trailer. I told her I'd be back about 3:30. At 3:10 PM I was back at the office but everyone was locked. I called the number posted on the door (there were instructions to call that number if the doorbell went unanswered) several times but got no answer. I called a U-HAUL main office and was told that if I returned the trailer to a different store in Kent that I would be charged $1,000 for a wrong destination return. I was in the parking lot looking very hard for a solution with the U-Haul agent and was finally given permission to return the trailer to Kent without penalty. Based on her instructions to me I believe Linda should have called me to tell me she was leaving early. It took me over an hour to resolve my problem and I would like a refund for the rental, please. I will add that Linda did give me an adapter to use since the plug on my vehicle didn't match the female part of the trailer plug on my vehicle. I appreciated that.

Patricia KDon’t charge extra day for less than 30 mins late and then not telling the customer that he paid for a extra day but can’t take the truck even though they just paid for a extra day because they allready turned the rental in so to me that is bad business and stealing . I called customer service after getting no where with the staff that was at the drop off location. And they said 48 hours to 72 hours to respond to my complaint. That’s ridiculous besides they never called me back .. then I fill out concern on app it wouldn’t let me even finish what I was writing only limited space for your concerns . I would not rent from U-Haul again and tell everyone else be aware of there bill because they steal !!!!

Tammy LI used the virtual pick up and drop off, so this review has NOTHING to do with actual location where I picked up the truck. I consider myself a pretty decent user of technology and frankly this was the most frustrating and difficult process to work through. Total time spent trying to pick up the vehicle was almost 2 hrs (yes, that's correct). After trying to the tutorials, on-line chats, website, Uhaul App, multiple calls trying to get someone on the line, finally was able to connect to customer service after about a 30 min wait and another 30 minutes on the phone getting this all worked out. I did return the vehicle that same day and was not able to use the virtual return and was not going to wait on hold with another call - I did get confirmation the next day via email the vehicle was returned. As far as the truck, it wasn't in bad shape, but definitely needs new brakes and some suspension work (front end was really lose). I would recommend trying to revamp the entire virtual experience, somehow there needs to be a better way to deal with any technical issues in a timely manner - so unfortunately, I can't recommend using this virtual pick/up and drop off.

Kathleen BLocation and employees I don’t have any problem with. It’s the lack of maintenance on U-Haul trucks. I have rented uhaul trucks to people when I worked in the moving industry. I also have rented another popular companies moving trucks. I myself have personally rented each for my own moves. U-Haul is always so horrible compared to the other big companies. This time I had a cargo van and the dash alerted low tire pressure. I asked the lady inside., she said they should be fine. I filled 3 of 4 with air. Max psi is 80lbs. There were 34lbs in each!

Felicia WThe check in process took me over 45 mins because they needed multiple references to call. Just to rent a truck that was old as dirt and seemed like it was struggling to run. Then to be charged $1 a mile plus gas fill up is ridiculous. Will No rent uhaul again
Steve MTruck was covered in dirt inside, mud everywhere. Got to destination opened back door. Here there were 5 big Amazon totes left from the previous renter. Had to take out because they were in the way of our move. $116 I was charged I would like to dispute the charge I shouldn’t have to pay full price for the mentioned items that happen during my rental. I already called Customer service yesterday. I was told to reach out today.

Zachary FNot the location's issue, but my original rental location was moved at the last minute because the truck was unavailable. I was not notified until I arrived at the original location. When I arrived at the new location, I started the self checkout process. Just as I completed the process, another customer showed up and had been issued that same truck. It was very awkward.

YOU HAVE MADE IT TO HARD TO GET A TRUCK ON THE WEEKEND.!!! AND WITH NO SUPPLIES AT YOU'RE STORE AT THE SITE.!!! I GUESS WALMART SHOULD BE YOU'RE JUST LOCATION OF YOU'RE LOCATION TO GET A TRUCK AND SUPPLIES!!!

Heather VBest experience we've ever had renting a Uhaul! Staff was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond expectations. Was even given complimentary bottled water and bag with some pens and other things. No issues with rental equipment and they hooked our auto transport right up to uhaul with no issues. Will definitely use them again if another Uhaul is ever needed. Thanks for the amazing service!
Christopher RLinda who helped us both times was perfect. Her customer service is on point. Thanks Linda for helping us with all our changes on our reservation. My only complaint would be to U-Haul in general that when we were being reimbursed and given back our deposit we were not given cash back and that’s how we paid. Instead we had to wait to 10+ days to get a check in the mail. Other than that our experience was simple and and fast. Also every associate I spoke with on the phone when calling customer service was fantastic. They were helpful did not rush me and did a great job.
Dana SMove or close location. Extremely tight location, no room to move here. Good luck trying to find a place to park. Could not pick a worse place for an U-Haul rental location if you tried. Almost impossible to make a left turn out of this location. Had to wait 20 minutes for a crew to show up to pick up van because the door is always locked and they need to have at least 2 people there for safety reasons. Seems to be run by 2 separate companies, not specifically a U-Haul run location. Never renting again from this location for sure…..and I will definitely spread the word. Avoid this location at all cost and save yourself any grief.
