The man at the front looked homeless with rips in his shirt and just very unprofessional, he charged me for 3 days way more miles then I initially needed I got the truck on the 19th left that same day from Arizona to California and the next day on the 20th around 8am I turned in the truck and I was not given my money back for the mileage I didn’t use and the extra days I didn’t use, and I was told I wouldn’t receive any of that money back due to it being a package deal I paid for when i just wanted the one way from AZ to CA but I felt I was overcharged and not listened to as I paid for something I didn’t need or ask for so I’d like to get part of my money back for the days and mileage I didn’t use not use and the “security deposit” I had to pay so if anything happens to the tuck they can fix it but nothing happened to the truck so why is it I can’t even get my security deposit back nether this is my first time ever moving and getting a U-Haul by myself and this is just crazy I feel I was scammed and that guy pocketed my money or something whatever it is I am very upset with my experience and hope I may be able to regain what I was overcharged.

TIARA FThis location was across town from where I went initially but I needed an Auto Transport and this was the one. The young lady at the originating store gave me directions and I found Graves Rt 66 Service. They got me set up, hooked up and on the road pretty quick. I picked up the car I was buying and headed for home, 150 miles. I returned the AT to my local U-Haul this morning, no problems. Thanks Graves U-Haul. I now have a Triumph Spitfire with your help.
james wI was able to leave my SUV on their property, drive the truck to the new house, unload, bring it back. The U-Haul employee was fast and accurate. I drove off very happy.

DAVID SThe office area was occupied by two men, both of whom had been smoking. It was filthy. The representative did not print any materials and said we would get an email. We had to go search for the truck. After locating it I had to come back to request the dolly I had reserved.

Carlos RWe did not deal with anyone at this location because it was a drop off after hours. But yet again, your company, U-Haul changed our drop off location on us. We tried to drop off at the location on our paperwork but was unable to do so. Called 800 customer service after not being able to get the online drop off to work for us. She was very helpful and got us to the location for drop off, again it was further out. Luckily the mileage didn't go over. We were taking some furniture to our daughter's and the mileage was close and a concern. After a long day driving in the rain and traffic it was an inconveinence to have to deal with all of this. Before our actual committing of the rental, I did much research on locations, mileage and price to rent the truck. We feel that if your information online gives these locations and times that they should be accurate and true. Especially, after the reservation is made.

Kathie Tthis truck had a blown axle seal. had less than 1/4 tank of gas and the floor inside the back was filthy; i drove it almost 300 miles and the rear axle was dripping with fluid. i did not notice it till it was loading and the road. i was told i was giving credit for the less than 1/4 tank I wasn't. As far as the axle I was told the rim is dirty and it will be fine.
