We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, and especially that they did not try to put us through the UHaul app rental process, which we have had to use in the past at other locations and was absolutely awful. The staff here does all the "paperwork" for you, so you don't have to struggle with the UHaul app that does not work properly anyway. Helped us hook up the trailer and made sure everything was ready to go.
