Pickup Location Concerns: The pickup location (Gravity Complex) is a cannabis shop. This was extremely concerning to me, as my profession strictly prohibits any association with cannabis, even if I’m not using it myself, and picking up equipment at a weed shop could present serious issues: - Potential termination due to conflict with workplace drug policies; -Concerns about residual cannabis odor transferring to my vehicle or clothing, which could raise suspicion during workplace drug testing; - The perception of associating with cannabis, which could be seen as unprofessional or concerning by my employer and coworkers.; Potential legal implications since cannabis remains federally illegal. Because of these issues, I did not feel safe or comfortable at the pickup location. Customer Service Issues at Pickup: At pickup, the customer service representative presented charges that didn’t match what I’d booked online (nearly 2x the advertised cost) and couldn’t explain the discrepancy. Fortunately, the final receipt did reflect the correct payment. The pickup staff was unfamiliar with mounting the trailer to my vehicle's ball hitch. They incorrectly told me that my standard 2” ball was too large for the equipment, even though your website clearly states that a 2” ball is compatible. I was ultimately able to mount the trailer myself. Positive Experience at Return: The staff at the return location was much more helpful and knowledgeable.

DONNA WThey didn’t give proper information on returning the vehicle and ended up overcharging by twice the original amount. Will not be using Uhaul in any capacity again.

WARD DI loved the team at gravity however Mark Jones Area Field manager made my life a living hell. He change my reservation pick from 11 am to 11:30 and gave my truck to someone else and then he cancelled my pick up without any notice.Mind you he wasn’t even at the location he was doing this remotely. FUCK YOU MARK.
