They didn’t give proper information on returning the vehicle and ended up overcharging by twice the original amount. Will not be using Uhaul in any capacity again.
EMILY IIt’s an interesting place to pick up UHaul equipment, and the staff was friendly & helpful.
WARD DI loved the team at gravity however Mark Jones Area Field manager made my life a living hell. He change my reservation pick from 11 am to 11:30 and gave my truck to someone else and then he cancelled my pick up without any notice.Mind you he wasn’t even at the location he was doing this remotely. FUCK YOU MARK.
